Purchased in march 2019 through amazon. When copying, black is not printed. When pc to printer black is printed with light impression.in copy mode only colours are printing. It is of home use only. Assuming that the black ink exhausted, purchased new black ink for rs.530/- from the canon authorised service centre and filled. Only half bottle ink, i could pour, since there is already ink in the tank. It is only a printer mistake. S. L. No. Klle-12870
