Cantabil — Defected jacket

Dear sir/Madam,
I have purched jackets from your outlet(cantabil Retail India Limited (haldwani)shop No.2, Nainital chowk Tikoniya chowk, Haldwani, Nainital (invoice No.YT[protected] Date 22/11/2020.where i got defect on one jacket when I went to your outlet to change it they said they do not have the same jacket they will repair it i said i do not want to repair it why i will buy repair where i have paid amount for new one then i said to them give me anyone jacket in the same range of high or low range in the same pattern they said they do not have and behave very bed the store manager was very poor guy he do not know how to talk and how to handle the query well.all i want that please replace my jacket and tell to the store manager handle customer well . If you can say you do have stock for the same ater winter will i use the jacket so all i want exchange my product as soon as .
