Capgemini — Capgemini Provident Fund Transfer not completed - Original Annexure K not being shared

As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer.

I can see the status of the request in the EPFO as completed but the transferred amount is 0. I have checked with the EPFO team and they have told me that this is what they have received from Capgemini and I need to contact Capgemini for an original copy of Annexure K and transaction details.

I have been in touch with the Capgemini retirals team and because I have not been able to get any answers from the team for the last 1 year, I have escalated this to the highest level but I have still not received even an acknowledgment of the complaint and hence I am raising a complaint here.

Capgemini updated Annexure K in their Allsec Retirals support portal. I have downloaded it and sent to my current employer for further process. Surprisingly I have got the information that, there is no such amount credited (mentioned on Annexure K) in their account yet and they cannot trace the payment with any of the details mentioned on Annexure K it seems. Again I have re-opened the ticket in Retirals support portal and as usual no response. Not sure how will I get my money out from CAPGEMINI.

Attaching the communication history with Capgemini from Nov 2020 in Capgemini Retiral too.. Only answer we get is "will update in 2 or 3 days" .By 2 or 3 days Capgemini meant is 2 or 3 years?

Capgemini is ### company. So mANY COMPLAINTs are like this only. They did the same in my case also. Its really frustrating chasing such ### people for our own Money.

It is more than 115 days since I have registered a complaint in this portal and many reminders. Still I am waiting for a resolution.
