Capgemini — delay in pf settlement cg fs

I have applied for pf settlement on 03rd sept 2019. I have received the pf amount details, however pf amount is not credited to my bank account. When i asked this qestion to cg retiral service desk they say they are unable to credit the amount, bank account not exists. My bank account is active. I have provided other bank account details after their request, after that there is no reply from them. I am chasing them on daily basis, but no response from the team. Please check this issue. My emp id 69180_fs.
