They should have sync there process and let us know that they have cancelled the interviews so that candidates coming from different cities and far away can get to know this and can ignore time and money wastages.

I count understand why she was not picking up the call after reaching at the venue. So unprofessional behaviour of this talent team. I will never recommend anyone to go for capgemini. Management seems like they are getting free salary just to schedule interviews and leave on.
