Capgemini — New PF account "[protected] "is not activated

My New PF number "[protected] " is generated from October 2016 but still not activated and also portal is not up
cloud you guide us as we need to merge the 2 PF account

My first PF a/c is :[protected]
New one is :[protected]

I i need to merge the both is new one but status of new PF is not show active yet

I need the to know the status of portal up
and my new pf account is activated or not
