I am resigning due to a health complication (mental torture) because I'm not being provided with the proper training to do my job.
Over the past five months I have felt my health decline rapidly as I have been suffering from a high degree of stress that is being worsened by my work. I have been overly exhausted, constantly in pain, and feel that my productivity has decreased and am unable to meet the expectations.
I have been extremely depressed due to a lot of reasons, some personal and some work related, these mental and emotional health and is threatening to affect my work. Whereas the stress of my job has negatively affected my health and family life.
Although I love my job, my first priority is my family, and I have decided to stay home with my new-born child. I have felt quite conflicted, I have had a difficult time balancing my work and life roles
The circumstances and anticipating this unforeseen complication in my life, I feel obligated to leave the company immediately.
These company not let me go on immediately bases although I have been trained to replacement and i already served two months as well.
Here not following proper rules and regulation, I have decided to quit my job. Now all of sudden my Engagement manager started harassing me and came up saying that without serving notice period cannot go early release. Now after giving me a written confirmation over email even the hr is saying that early release is not possible. I have completed my kt and even taken approval from my n+1. I am literally being harassed my managers. He is the worst inhuman and uncultured manager i have worked with in my career.
I really need help! Cg as a company is not bad but it seems here in Bangalore hr changes their policy based on management requirements. Now i seriously want to go legal. Please advise. Was this information helpful? |
