Capgemini — pf transfer not happening:

Address:PLOT NO.14, RAJIV GANDHI INFOTECH PARK, HINJEWADI,PHASE-III, MIDC-SEZ, VILL - MAN, TAL - MULSHI 60, Pune, Maharashtra

I left capgemini technology services india in 2017- oct. Since then i am trying and writing them for pf transfer. Now after 2.5 years they are saying that they have some issues in pf transfer with their trust. I am being asked to initiate manual transfer.

In the portal they have not updated the below field :
