Capgemini — pf withdrawal issue

I am janmejay the ex capgemini employee and my emp id was 120781
I sent my pf withdrawal forms to below pf department 8 months back and
After that i have followuped through an email and over phone but no response received from them. I have also posted 10 times the
Required docs via speed post. Still now i didn't get any update.
Few days back i got an email like
We have not yet received your application after authorized signature.
Please help me this kind of issue.
