I am a customer of capitalaim (Sudipta ghosh) and took quaterly service service since april 2018 in stock only.
My contact points are anjali chauhan and rohit.
I have taken based on the discussion happen with anjali and it was decied to pay 12500. Acordingly i made payment.
After two days, came to know that ther service which i have taken is basic service.
I was getting continious call in the name of specialed service and asked to pay 37500.
I said i have no problem to go for specialsed service but i need some time to arrange the fund, where as i was in loss of 16300 in market also.
This people are not ready to understand and i dont know what happen they stopped sending the sms which i should get as per the three months contract.
This is a strict violattion of the rules and writing to complainnce to team to llok into this.
I am not egtting any service, not even capitalaim picking up call. I would like to know 12500 is not money, only 50k is money..
Is this way to treat customer.
I think you would take this issue high priortity and respond.
Otherwise i have to think for alternative to take this mater to next level.
