[Resolved] Capital First — 2 emi withdrawal same month and charging fine!!! | |||||
I did not have sufficient amount in my a/c but i used the cf app to transfer the money by noon on 5th aug, i got a confirmation mail regarding this and on 7th i received a sms stating the cheque has bounced, will try again but if paid please ignore. On 8th the money was again debited from my a/c. Since then i'm trying to contact u guys but your cs don't work. I have mailed you guys multiple time but i keep receiving some auto generated acknowledgement letter. Some ticket was raised but then i got a mail stating its been resolved, but i haven't got any refund or personal assistance till date 16th aug.in my emi statement you guys have charged me fine of rs, 400 though i've paid on the same date.
