[Resolved] Capital First — As per my knowledge back office staff having no sense about how to talk with customer of capital first | |||||
Hii team capital, This is milind and my two wheeler loan account no 5242180 and m one of your customer since ast a year and a lady who is handling my account for payment collection she don't have any manners about how to talk with your customer for pay collection. I know that my payment got delayed every month but the way they are talking its highly unprofessional in service industries. For this payment i had called 4 to 5 times on the landline no[protected] for doing payment but i didn't got any response from that no from where i got called for payment since last 12 months and suddenly i come to know that mentioned no not using for capital first. Everytime i got msg that our representative will call you for the same but nobody turned up yet. It's not my mistakes that your no got changed or employee left your company. Moral of the complaint is m not a person who will denied your payment at all but you need to teach your back office staff how to talk, how to use manners while having conversation with ur client??? I know that none of you will bothering about this complaint but i will make sure that this complaint will reflect on your social site as well. Just wanted to informed you your payment will get clear till 27th june eod. I m not saying about company m complaining abt one of your employees who's representative capital first and i think employees are the face of company so they need to take care company image and prestige for good ranking.
