Want to register complaint against capital first ltd, rajendra palace, a finance company. They have given loan to a person names mr. Tarun of 2.5 lacs in 2015 and from 11.04.2019 i am getting calls from this company that he is your brother and pay loan or give us his contact no.

I don't know this person and the same i have mentioned them many times. I am getting the call in every 5 minutes with random numbers on my cell no. [protected]. I am very disturbed due to all this. They threaten me that if you don't give the contact details we will call your husband and your in-laws.

I don't know how they are linking my contact no with the said person. They use abuse language about my family and have threaten me that now the case will go to legal department and they will speak to you in another level of language.

I want you to help me and bound this company to apologise for the harassment.

    Hello team,

    My name is satya dubey from mumbai loan account number is 19137713. This is the second purchase from capital first. Previously account no was 5069036 which was closed without any hassle. I have purchased a mobile from capital first on dec 2018. While purchasing the mobile i was using a different account and later i have changed my account and the same was informed to the customer care and filled the form in the month of march 2018. I also paid 800 rupees as they have put some bounced changes on my account. However after cooperating so much my account details did not got changed and again my emi for the month of april was deducted from my previous non operating account and don forget the emi bounced charges in the amount of 1100.
    I am not going to make the renaming payment unless all the unnecessarily charges are waived/removed from my account. I also require my account to be changed.

    I expect an resolution at the earliest and better staff fulfilling what they promise.

      My easy pay card was blocked even after paying all my dues on time and this is disgusting. Being a responsible borrower i payed everything on time without delay and completed my loan tenure. Still they blocked my card temporarily showing some internal policy. What is this policy and why it is blocked? It is also problematic for me if this happens they took money for the card and eventually blocking it for nothing on no grounds this is fraud and cheeting and moreover their customer support executive was unable to answer why it was blocked no transpirancy at all my card and dont know why its blocked it rediculous and annoying

        My self vikas sandve, last month (February) i purchased croma led tv from croma tv. Worli on capital first finance as emi of 1050, but later led tv is replaced due to wrong product then i return the led tv to croma, and that replacement i purchased a new led tv as emi 1881,
        Your representative said me that my previous loan is cancelled of rs 1050 and replaced with new loan #20075684, but on this 5 th feb why both amount is deducted, 1050 and 1881

          I'm foreclosing my loan by using capital website and pay amount yesterday here i attached receipt of payment. When i call in customer care yesterday capital executive tell me you can pay on-line and foreclose your loan. After paying when i call in customer care there are executive raise request for my loan closing and give me 5 hour time for closing loan.
          Today when i call in customer care there are customer care executive say that you already pay emi but still your emi debit from your account on 2nd april for same loan. What is this???

          I'm already paying money then why capital debit from my account again for same loan. If there are any internal issue of capital first then why are they accept payment by online.
          I'm not paying again that and if my money will debit then i will raise fir against capital first

              With the advent of private banking in India I came across your bank and thereby as a long standing customer of your bank without any bad occurrences or default in the past without your bank. I along with my father considering the same during the month of August 2018 I, took 2 loans for 2 laptop in my name vide loan account number 16224718, 16224585 and another two loan in the name of for 2 A-C vide Loan Account Number 15888103, 15888337 from your bank Capital First, wherein the first 3 Accounts carries EMI for 9 months and the last one carries 8 months. With respect to the First two loan Accounts i.e., 16224718, 16224585, the First loan EMI started during the month of August 2018 and ended during the month of March 2019, whereas the 2nd Loan ended on 20.03.2019. It is pertinent to state that we have been very prompt in making the EMI payment without any default. Upon completing the first Two loan Account payments, I have also obtained NOC regarding the same

              With regard to the remaining two loan accounts i.e, 15888103, 15888337 the last EMI is on 02.04.2019 wherein during the month of November 2019 since the Account Holder’s bank server was down there was a problem in ECs transaction. Hence we contacted your customer care wherein they guided me to make payment through online and also advised me to pay through online before EMI date to avoid late fee so I have made a payment before the due date through online for the month of November and December for the aforesaid Two Accounts but bounce charges was added for both account without any reasons assigned. Without knowing its heads and tails when we tried to contacted your customer care team they said once loan is closed we can contact branch office for obtaining NOC and that time they will wave off the so called bounce charges. Hence pertinent to the promise made from your personnel I made my final payment on Feb 28 2019 and contacted your customer care and asked for pre closure due to the unreasonable unrealistic and irrational amount of bounce charges put forth by you for no reason at all but that concerned personnel informed if we close before the last EMI we have to pay 5% principal amount for pre closure and requested us to just pay Rs.8890, the EMI amount and no need to pay bounce charges wherein he had made a blunt promise that it will resolved once the EMI closes. but it is seen to be unattended till now so we contacted your customer service centre one named Mr.kunal informed that the procedure is changed for march 1st and rigidly told that they cannot give any waive off .

              When we informed him about the previous promise made by their personnel, he in a raucous manner informed that us that they don't have records that they made us such promise and when we asked him to connect the call to higher authority, he said he is the higher official and he intimidated us to pay the bounce charges along with EMI payment and gave assurance to reimburse the bounce charges. It is to be highlighted that we have to merely pay the last EMI amounting to Rs.4445 but it was being informed by your personnel to pay Rs.9237.When this was being explained to your personnel, the aforesaid person Mr.Kunal without hearing our queries and without taking any effort to resolve the same, spoke unparliamentarily making some unrelenting statements

              Hence hereby I request you to resolve the issue and waive off the bounce charges in toto and let us to pay the last EMI failing which we would be constrained to approach the Consumer redressal grievances wherein you will be inflicted upon to pay such costs and consequences along with compensation for such mental agony faced by us

                I took two wheeler loan from capital First. ECS amount was deducted correctly till the last emi. I had 7000 rs. Balance in my bank account and emi was rs.2600, but amount was not deducted from my account so that capital First company employee called me & told due to some technical issues the payment was not processed so that I paid last emi in cash. But now they are not issuing noc bcas they asking for check bounce charges 800. But amount was not deducted bcas of your technical issues. Now u people expecting me to pay charges for ur mistake. The same thing has been communicated with branch(MYSORE) & even with customer care services but no one is responding properly. It look like u people are engaging in some kind fraud activities.

                Took loan for Tv around 3 back. For i paid the second last Emi twice... Now today they cut ₹2500 saying that we didn't paid money. But you have added another 400rs which is unethical and not acceptable since i had already paid pending amount via different link provided by customer care representative and that also from same account. If you always go for ecs debit then please don't give any other links. I have already provided the bank statement and dropped mail to cf but did not get any proper response.

                    I am deepak kumar kulkarni.

                    I have availed consumer durable loan from capital first for purchase of mobile upon insisted by them in showroom. I have paid down payment of rs.4000 and rs.9000 was financed by capital first for a period of 6 months with an emi of rs.1500/- per month under loan account no.16800591. I have paid first 2 emis along with rs.1200/- as bounce charges in that period. For 3rd and 4th emis they have levied rs.872 towards bounce charges. 5th emi was deducted without any bounce. 6th emi was the last and final payment along with rs.872 as bounce charges was due on[protected] and i have deposited sufficient amount on[protected] in the morning itself.

                    Though there was sufficient balance in my account as on[protected], capital first did not deduct the emi amount from my account until evening and i have waited till 7.30 p. M.in the evening for the deduction and since they have not deducted the emi, i myself paid the last emi of rs.1500/- along with bounce charges of rs.872, total of rs.2372/- through your capital first app on[protected], where there was an option foreclose. Sufficient balance was available on[protected] that even bajaj finserv has also deducted their emi from the account and even after deduction sufficient amount was available for capital first emi deduction.

                    Though have made the entire payment on[protected] itself along with bounce charges and foreclosed the account, capital first did not updated the same until next 4 days in the app and after updating the payment they have added an amount of rs.400/- towards bounce charges on[protected], illegally with an intention to make the chance to grab money in the last. Though i have repaid the entire amount on[protected] itself and foreclosed the loan, without closing the loan in app and issuing noc, the capital first has levied again rs.400/- on closed account, which is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the provisions consumer protection act.

                    Hence request you to kindly direct the capital first to close my loan account immediately without any charges and issue noc.

Around 2.39 pm 1234 got deducted through ecs from my bank account. Actually i had misconception that if i made sufficient amount on the emi date i. E 2nd of every month i would be ok. So i. Made deposit of sufficient amount on 2nd march morning. Still my emi got bounced and when i made online paymen it didn't update and got debited again.                           I have taken a personal loan from capital first on nivember 2017 my loan emi was going properly from jan 18 to nov 18 after that its continously bouncing even having balance in my account and my cibil is going down. I need loan no banks are giving loan due to low cibil and capital first know the reason but capital first said we do not provide topup loan, what shoould i do. I complained too many times but no resilution from ur capital first and their executives behaves like hell, poor service.

                              I hd availed the loan from capital first in 2016. I hv paid two installments in advance on 30th march 2016 & my first due date was 5th april 2016. Bt for tht installments i got charged fine for tht. So next month i paid the remaining 11100 in the shop & asked them to close my loan bt the guy whom i paid the amt took the money & left the job. Then the shop owner requested me to wait somedays & said i will pay tht amount to the company. After tht i didn't rcv any call from capital first so i thought my loan is closed. Bt after 1 year some1 called me & asked money for this loan. So i enquired shop owner said we didn't pay the loan. So i asked the guy from capital first to send the executive to collect the amount. The caller said u hv to pay settlement amount of 11100 & ur loan will get closed so i paid tht & took the settlement letter. Bt now i am rcvng calls from the capital first for the emi payment.. I hv attached the settlement letter in the mail. Kindly go through tht & close the loan asap..

                                Dear sir i have missed 2 emi 2 month before for which i am supposed to pay but i am trying to not do any bounce further again but the problem is capital first is also presenting those bounce cheque again and again to my bank due to which i am again and again getting charged from capital first and my bank too what is the problem i have payed (10000) as the charged till now how ever my 1 emi is 2327 and due to 1 bounce and multiple time presenting cheque to bank i have got charged 10k already. In this 10k i would have pay all emi to capital first but due to this mess i am unable to do so. Today also had same thing i have deposited the money at morning in account for the emi but again i got charged for the bounce 2 time how is that posible last emi is properly gone from my bank account and how come i get again i got charged for bounce i already paid the charges my 2500 rs again got wipe out for the bounce charge which i haven't done and now my account is with 0 balance
                                its humble request that i had already paid the charges from my bank for bounces that r multiple time and not going to pay any furter charges for the this bounces pls As multiple time presenting cheque to bank create problem for me i wont be able to pay because i am very average income person only with 7-9 k rs per month if this would go on then let my cibil hamper or let me get in to black listed . i wont pay any emi to capital or any sort of charges i need the solution on this what is the problem i am not responsible because i always keeping the money for my emi in account and due to multiple time presenting of cheque to bank i am geting chared from both and here i am getting in mess
                                pls help me out with proper solution for me and my family (pls note) i am sending this screen shot to goverment corncern authorites for the information of 1tire complant.

                                  My loan account is 12686218. I have done on the pre-closure in the idfc first bank at rajendra palace branch on 22nd feb, 2019. Till date there is no information regarding noc, irrespective of this capital first is still deducting my emi amounting rs 5631. Why is emi still deducting when my account is closed. Money is hard earned thing and you guys are deducting it and misbehaving so much when i went to the branch as well as whenever i call customer care through[protected]. Resolved it at the earliest otherwise i have to seek some legal action.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken consumer durable loan (Lan 6119581) from capital first on may 2016, i have completed all emi's by feb 2017.

                                    Now after two year, i got message from idfc bank that i have to pay some 6300/- for loan which i took. I have called customer care they said these are against cheque bounce charges. I have paid cheque bounce to my bank but they said they are charging this extra towards the same.

                                    On jan 31st, inr 1000/- debited from my saving bank account without my consent, today i received sms stating 1000/- will be deducted on 28th feb.

                                    I have noticed the previous 1000/- is not covered, it still shows the whole amount to be paid.

                                    I want this to be resolved. I will never opt for capital first or idfc first againt in my life.
