Dear Sir,

i taken the two Weler loan on 2014 and my end date is 2017 and i got 8 check bounce and after that paid the check bounce charges after that they are not provide the Noc letter

    I am getting calls from agents and talking nonsense. I actually took one product from Capital First and I paid 4 EMI out of 9 EMI. due to my financial issue I didn't make the payment on time . I told them clearly about my finances and I asked time for payment. After this conversion still they are calling and harassing and using abusive language and also calling my reference number and talking abusive.

    I am getting calls from 4 Oct 2021 and I told them within 2 or 3 days i will make it but unfortunately didn't arrange the amount and the same thing was informed to them and asked for a time till 25th Oct 2021 . still they are calling me doing harassment and using abusive language.

            Receiving spam calls of loan offer. I have many times informed that i don't need loan. If i need i will contact you. But they never stops. I get 20 plus call from idfc first for loan offer. Please take action right now.

              Me and my family are receiving harassing calls from IDFC capital recovery department for paying EMI. In Sep 2020 Received a letter from IDFC that on my name a consumer loan is pending for AC/no. 27190764, amounting Rs. 32058/-. I went to their office in thane and launched a formal complaint that there was fraud done on my documents. So, they did a formal investigation and closed the loan I was assured from their end that I will not receive any payment request in any form. Bust since couple of months their recovery agents are calling me and my family and harassing for EMI payments.

                  Capital First — Regarding calls for loan

                  Hi Team,
                  I'm receiving nearly 20 calls regularly from IDFC for getting loan and informed several times I'm not interested in such loans. But still I'm getting the calls on regular basis and I'm afraid someday or other my frustration will freak out result in scolding them as this is unacceptable to call a person nearly 20 times for which he is not accepted to.                   IDFC capital first tele callers disturbing unnecessarily. They calling continuesly...
                  Very irritating...More than 20 calls in one day... what's this???

                      Hi Team,

                      Recently i have applied for 3L person loan in Capital first app with the loan code: CFL0903011. I submitted all the documents and I got call from named Jhanvi Mathur Employee ID : [protected] and asked me to pay 3600 rupees to Chinmay kumar Mahanty's account as its processing fee and said me that if loan is not processed then amount will be refunded. on the loan processing i got another call from her supervisor and asked 10k to process the loan, i disagreed for this and asked them to refund the 3.6k amount which i have paid to them. now when i call them the number is blocked and not responding. I dont know why this people are cheating in this pandemic situation why are they playing with poor people money. I request you to take right action on this issue

                          My easy buy card is temporary blocked and its been 2 years but its still blocked, i dont know why it is.. I have had 4 easy buy card loans in the past . Once my emi was bounced . But i paid tht amount and have cleared all the loans properly, My mobile no is [protected] ([protected] - secondary number), and also idfc first bank has raised my loan limit to 75000 from 50000 while it was temporary blocked, i dont know how that happened, i want this query to be solved, please help, thank you

                                I have 2 loans in IDFC in which 1 is closed and another personal loan is running. I didn't have any check bounces from my very first loan, paid every emi on time. My card has been blocked more over I didn't receive the physical card, I can only see it virtually. Trying to contact with customer service but calls is getting disconnected. I want to buy a product under consumer durable loan, please unblock my account and dispatch the physical card. My ID is C[protected] nd mobile number [protected]
