[Resolved] Capital First — charges - loan type: consumer durable loan (clei) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a consumer durable loan for mobile phone in CAPITAL FIRST (IDFC FIRST BANK). My Loan Account No: Consumer Durable Loan (CLEI) A/C No.[protected] Bank: IDFC first bank (Capital First bank) For my first EMI they presented my cheque in the bank. But It is bounced. Reason still i don't know. And funds also are available in my account. For that they collected bounced charges. Their executives also did not noticed to me about this cheque bounce why it is bounced and what is the reason. without intimation to the customer same cheque they presented in my bank again. So second time also it is bounced. And they collected bounced charges from me. This second time also funds are available in my bank account. Cheque bouncing related matters still did not informed to the customer and collecting the bouncing charges every time. Without intimation to the customers they are presenting the customers cheques in the banks. Funds are available in my account. But as bouncing charges they are collected 3 times charges from me. About this I have sent a complaint email to their customer care address. Still i did not get any reply from them. And i visited nearest branch also and given a complaint about it. Still my problem is did not resolved. Not responding to the customer. So i request you to, Please take a further actions on this bank to making like this transactions and collecting charges from the customers. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
