[Resolved] Capital First — customer service and high rate of interest

Very worst customer service. Need to wait for more than 20 minutes to contact customer service and there is no toll free number also. If connected also they are not resolving the issues. Very very worst customer satisfaction. No update nothing. Rate of interest they are charging for all types of loan are extremely very high. Unknowingly got trapped.
