[Resolved] Capital First — ebc card blocked | |||
My capital first easy buy card is blocked without mentioniing any reason inspite of making all payments without a fail. When i talked to cc in april they told that it will be unblocked in 90 days. Its due to company internal policy. What type of policy is this that they take money in the name of ebc card and then block it so that customers cant use it. Even i have good cibil score.
