I don't have any loan with EMI Rs. 1500 (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) .

This is second time.

EMI towards LAN 9711705 is overdue. Pay Rs 1500.00 immediately at
IDFC Bank branch or at www.capfirst.com to avoid an impact on credit score. Pls submit a fresh mandate -

What is the status of my complaint. It has been 12 or more days passed. And no complaint Id has been received nor any reply ti my emails.
And why I am getting threating calls from
Capital First ?
You asked me to resend the details and very promptly I have again emailed all the details.
I am once again here by requesting you it is that you are taking so much time to resolve the case so do it as fast as cause I am getting harassment and threatening calls .
If calls are not stopped to me then I will do
police complaint against
capital first for threatening and harassment calls.

I have complaint on 13 jan 2019 about above said subject. Twice I forwarded the details as per your request but till date from your side nither complaint Id nie any reply received. And your executives calling and harrasing, threatning every time.
I am a Poojari and I am regularly paying my personal loan EMI of rs 5797, which I have taken still your executives calling for fraud case and embarcing me while I am at work. Also I wanted bring in your notice that if hence forward if I received any harrasment or threating call from you or your executive then I will log complaint against you and your executive.
Also I wanted to state that I already many times provided the information about fraud persons who done this job so please take action against them instade of calling me, harrasing and threatning by this threatning and harrasment calls my mother, wife and 2 daughters and entire family get disturb.
If this could not stop then I will not have any option to choice suicide and for such action you and your executives entirely responcible and the mentioned fraud persons in a
police complaint.
Hope you will understand the mental stress which your company and your executive given to me and will take action against fraud persons.

I am surprised because on 4th Feb 2019 I received following message at 5:51 PM
"Dear Customer, Your Request is registered with ticket no 26913048. Please quote this for future inquiries. CFL [protected]"
And today I received another message from same port as follows at 12:47 PM
"Dear Customer, Your Request number 26913048 has been resolved. In case of further query, you may get back to us at [protected]."
Could you please explain or update when my complaint is resolved and what is the status of the same.

It has been noticed that
Capital First or
IDFC Bank is neither taking any action against fraud nor replying to my last email. Over and above that your executives always calling me and they are mentally harassing.
I have provided all the documents, name and number of fraud persons on phone, email, still
Capital First or
IDFC bank don't want to take action against culprit and harnessing me mentally, monitory.
So once again I am requesting you take the action against fraud persons.
If it is not possible from your side to catch the fraud persons then please let me know so I can take next legal action.
