Sir I had taken a personal loan from capital first on August 2017. At ROI 14% . But he charging 24.4% ROI after loan section. That's Bank is Frauding with me. I been complain to Bank and related government department but not any action about this till today. Please give me justice. Help me sir. Sir I'm hindi known person, I can't write in English more.
