[Resolved]  Capital First — i had imposed wrong processing fee on my recent purchase of loan

Hi team,

I want to escalate this with you that, i had imposed the processing fee of 1515rs on my recent purchase of consumer loan on 6th march 2018 and there is no bill or acknowledgment provided to me upon my questioning to loan agent, we will share but in finally it ended up no response.

Asked me to pay in the mode of cash when i refused then he convenience me to swipe my card at tmc store where my loan process was took place and rest amount he took by hand.

Rs - 1000 swipe
Rs - 515 cash

Why a customer is being troubled so much and is there no one who can help?

If the same continues then i want to file a case on this as i feel am avoided & cross questioning so much by executives.

Note - even the bill given by tmc store was also incorrect as i had purchased the ac for 41500rs actual rate but the bill generated for 47490rs and mentioned in the bill saying for collect the cash of 515rs remaining which has to pay for loan processing fee and i had taken complete loan of 41500rs from capital first

I want to add some points here on my concern.

1.To whom i'm paying my process fee ?
2.If the processing fee is to process the loan in capital first then why it is not mentioned any where in my agreement as the scheme i chosen is (zero percent interest & zero down-payment) and i had a call with capital first customer care executive as he confirmed that, in this scheme capital first doesn't take any processing fee.
3.Why am forced to pay the amount by cash and why it was mentioned the bill of TMC store when it is a loan processing fee of capital first.

Please let me know as right for the information and educate me, if am wrong anywhere and i want to take further level, if capital first team if not helping me to resolve this concern.
