Hi team, My payments was on time for both the loans without delaying. I didn't miss a single emi during my loan tenure. Your service is very forgetful that you guys are least bother to inform your valuable customers. I really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like me. I asked customer service guy to transfer the call to manager or supervisor. He kept me on hold and disconnected the call. Card # 51* 45311 Loan details below.
