[Resolved] Capital First — insurance fraud | |||||
I have purchased a refrigerator from tirupathi electronics panjagutta hyderabad and registered with capital first emi service. So, i got one year insurance on refrigerator from samsung company but capital first took 1299/- from me, saying that they will provide extra one year insurance. Now my refrigerator is not working i went to the showroom and met capital first guys, now they are saying it is not showing in our system records, anyways i have asked for insurance copy from capital first by logging in online. I received a mail saying you have not registered with capital first insurance service. Now that guy from whom i was insured is also not available i remember his name is naresh. I dont know what manipulation is happening there. But i need my money back if it is not insured.
