[Resolved] Capital First — payment deducted without any intimation

My name is sunil thakur mobile number is [protected], i took a consumer loan from capital first in 2016 and that has been closed in same year. Now rs 400 has been deducted from my account on 31st jan 2019 against overdue charges for that loan a/c. I never got any call or intimation during last 3 years. How could it possible a bank will forget to recover their outstanding amount for 3 years.
