[Resolved] Capital First — personal / business loan deducting the extra emi's | |||
Capital first has worst customer service in bangalore. No proper response for the customer and they dont reveal the exact information to customers regarding the loans. They have deducted excess emi from my account even after closing the loan. There is no response from nodal office too. Totally not satisfied with their service. Response to customers in person is not at all good in kormangala branch, bangalore location. They had failed to provide the exact information regarding the closure of loan.
