[Resolved] Capital First — Personal loan related to policy | |||
Dear sir, I am existing customer of the capital first and i got instance approval for the loan. When i applied my interest for personal loan the amount and the charges added by the team not understandable, i tried to call and re-discuss but the excutive whose attending the call from toll free are not having much information. If suppose i want to speak or want to understand all the polices or who will help for all the information related to loan? We have right to understand the polices before availing any kind of loan.
