As i want to bring to your notice that my capital first card has been under the temporary blocked status for making the transaction for the purchase of the samsung mobile smart at your authorized stores also i have cleared the loan before the due emi dates, which i have taken and also i have the noc copy as well

This is with reference to your concerns regarding activation of Easy Buy card.

We tried contacting you on your mobile number, however, we were unable to connect with you.

Further we express our inability to activate your Easy Buy Card at this juncture due to eligibility criteria not fulfilled. Your card may get activated within 90 working days basis internal criteria set by the company
