Concerned Officers and to man concerned o[censored]nited bank of india Sir, I lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention to refund rs.99.0 deducted unlawfully Without any consent 1. It is understood that in the year 2015 some unlawful and incomplete agreement was made 2. All on a sudden it is noticed that on 29.12.2017 rs.99.0 is debited by your company as advance Gst charge. 3. I have given several written representations to your man concerned to refund the said amount and also to cancel the mandate, agreement if any because the said mandate was incomplete And there was no provision to deduct money for gst advance 4. As per advice o[censored]bi i have sent soft copy as well as hard signed copy by post to you to and to ubi, head office to cancel the mandate. 5. Now, i will request you to refund me rs.99.0 at the earliest Trust this will find your favorable consideration.
