[Resolved] Capital First — User id not received | |||
Dear sir/mam I am writing this complaint due to the loan which i taken from capital first on 19 jan 2017 and it's successfully processed but the issue is that i am not getting my user id and password for customer portal on my registered mobile number or e-mail id and another thing was i have applied for a emi card and the salesperson told me that you will get after 3 emi"s but yesterday i got the sms from the capital first that it will be dispatched in the month of july 2017. This is not fair with me of my loan.. Kindly do the needful for me as soon as possible.
