[Resolved] Capital First — Using abusive language and mentally torcher | |||||
Dear sir. I rohit yadav. Have taken bike loan feom captal first loan no 4594255. This is in regards to complaint for giving bad words against bike loan and scooty loan. I as customer paid all there loan amount since 1.6 years of bike and scooty due to unemployment i was not able to pay for 5 emis. Executive came to house one of the emi was being paid but 2nd emi of scooty was not being able to pay. There teller caller have called me for payment and she started abusing on my mom for which i have kept recorded. She started mentally harresment. As i am suffering from various diseases diabetes. After her calling sr manager called up me and started abusing also he was giving torcher i will send 20 people to malad to broke your legs and various parts of body. We spoke to them politely they have given bad language. I want to know that which authority is being given to them to use abusive language. I want to see the document where i have signed in that is it mentioned that i have given authority to give abusive language. Kindly help me with this complaint.
