My loan no. 9998973 As per telephonic conversation with capital first customer executive, here i want to let you know from myself my name is gaurav kumar rajput my capital first loan number is 9998973. I have take loan for buy led tv and my first emi commencing date is 5th april 2017 which is amount 3245rs for 14 month, and now problem is that capital first company has deducted rs.2500 on dated 20march2017 from my account without my knowledge and my permission. And now they again deducted amount rs.500 on dated 24/may/2017 from my account i was mailed to capital first many time i have not received any proper reply from them from last 3 month.
