[Resolved]  Capital First — Wrongly deducted payment from my account and not providing detail of it, not receiving proper response

As per telephonic conversation with capital first customer executive, here i want to let you know from myself my name is gaurav kumar rajput my capital first loan number is 9998973. I have take loan for buy led tv and my first emi commencing date is 5th april 2017 which is amount 3245rs for 14 month, and now problem is that capital first company has deducted rs.2500 on dated 20march2017 from my account without my knowledge and my permission. And now they again deducted amount rs.500 on dated 24/may/2017 from my account i was mailed to capital first many time i have not received any proper reply from them from last 3 month.

Dear Sir/mam,
I have not received any call or any proper reply from capital first from last 2 to 3 month lot of time i have provided my bank statements many many time to capital first customer care to CAPITAL FIRST EXECUTIVE Mr. Deepak Vishwakarma in month of MARCH2017 and APRIL2017 after i was Provide him my transaction detail and Bank statement he didn't reply me yet HE IS LOST NOW. then now Capital first again deducted Rs.500 from my account on 24MAY2017 they i was again sent mail to capital first in May2017, now New Executive of CAPITAL FIRST has attending my case her name Miss. SIMRAN PANDEY now she was again asked me for same things Bank Statement and Transaction detail and she said she will provide all detail till 10june2017 but i still not received any reply from her too. I was already provided all detail to her from my bank account but i have not got any reply from them and that capital first is again and again deducting money from my account and not going to provide any detail of it. if i will not got any response from CAPITAL FIRST then i Don't have any option beside that to make a complaint against CAPITAL FIRST in CONSUMER COURT.
