Capital Honda India — a damaged tyre was fitted | |||
I own 2 cars from honda. Honda brio and honda city. Whatever service i do, i do only in honda showroom. Have never gone to any outside service centre. With the belief that honda will do good for my vehicle. Recently i changed 2 tyres for my honda city. I contacted before going to showroom and confirmed if there s bridgestone tyres. The person who attended call told me it is available. I went straight to showroom and enquired. They said its available and they ll change and i can take the car evening. When i returned home i got a cal. The person from honda, told me sir bridgestone is not available and only michellin tyres are available. I was upset but they convinced me to buy michellin. I got convinced because the person was explaining me a lot and also i believed honda that it ll do no harm. At that day i took my uncle with me to get my car delivered. I was paying the bill. My uncle was with car. He has noticed some dimple in the front tyre which was changed newly. But the service person has told it would have happened during fitting sir and nothing to worry. I gave a good feedback evem though i was not happy with michellin. After one month, the dimple which was noted earlier turned into a big one. I did not fight with showroom persons and left the tyre for inspection. Now they are telling u got 50% off sir. Buy a new tyre at 3000 sir. Why should i repay for the same tyre which was a damaged piece fitted to my car? If still i keep numb this pondicherry honda showroom service people will keep on making mockery at me. Please take necessary action. My car is honda city 2014 model, am from pondicherry. Was this information helpful? | |||
