Dear sir/madam,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from capital honda meenambakkam, after multiple follow-ups and escalations my vehicle (Tn 06 m 0135) was taken for service on 5th aug 2019 (Monday) afternoon for ac compliant.
Mr. Balaji received the vehicle and gave me a call saying he will revert back and update the status in one hour but since wednesday evening (Ie. 7th aug 2019) i did not receive any call from them on the update. But i had no option but to call them everyday and ask for the update he repeatedly gave me the same answer that the diagnosis is happening and he will call back checking with the team but there was no call. On 8th aug, wednesday morning i finally received a call from balaji saying the car is diagnosed with hose pipe damage so the gas is leaking and he has placed an order to get the spare parts and it will take other 4 days to get the spare and then he will check for the complaints and let me know the update.
I am not sure, does it take 3 days to diagnose a ac gas leak. I also spoke to mr siva kumar (Crm) but i did not get an convincing answer from them.
I travel apprx 50 kms everyday and it is very difficult to commute without my car and this lethargic attitude of buying or taking time is unacceptable.
I would need the day - wise activities / diagnosis that is made to help me understand the process.
I trust this is not the way capital honda wishes to conduct services with valued customers — i have been with you since 5 years and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
