[Resolved]  CapitalVia — Incompetent People/Staff and lot of hidden terms :

I had opted for CapitalVia (CV) 6 months subscription (Cash Package) and it was a pathetic experience. During first week itself, not a single call went positive. I freezed the membership then and there for a week. When analysed the calls given by them in my first week of subscription, I was surprised to see one common thing in most of those calls. The BUY call was always at the intraday high level and SELL call was at intraday low. I can understand that nobody can always win here - but seemed they were following "Always-Lose" formula. I placed the request for refund of money - but was denied saying there was no such policy in the company. But when I signed online through one of the agents, there was no such policy I was made aware about. I had many telephonic conversation with PRO- Swati Jain and Founder- Anshul Mansingka - and found they were very hostile and non-cooperative all the time. I had prepared a case to be filed against them - while continuously asking their decisions. After almost 6 months of it, when I told about filing a case against the company, Anshul finally agreed to pay 50% of my subscription fees. Please keep distance from these guys - although the site looks very impressive ( with Red-Herring award and all) but the ground staff is too uneducated in this field that most of the times they even don't know BSE/NSE code for the stocks they recommend. Absolutely worst experience for me.

I had bought a service saying deal 30k to 3L with a booking amount of 20k from on 21.01.2014.Till date no services has been started, no one is responding to calls. Initially quality dept. was atleast responding to my calls. Now no one in capital via is picking up the call.


This what M/s Capitalvia calls service then they don' know the meaning of service itself.


Requesting to kindly refund the amount which was taken from me by cheating.


They didn't even gave me the receipt for payment.
Wrote 5 -10 mails at [protected]@capitalvia.com, but no response.


Its a very bad experience to work with capital via.
