CapitalVia — refund of subscription amount for rs. 5900/-

Respected sir,
I have purchased your consultancy product for subscription amt. Of rs. 5900/-. But, i can't take the benifits of your consultancy service due to my documentary problems & non submitted by me company prescribed kyc form. I have not gets any kind of service from your purchased product due to above mentioned problem. So, my subscription amount is refundable. I have mailed to your company regarding this subject matter on dtd.01.08.2020. (11 a. M.) to [protected]@capitalvia.com. I request to you that kindly take the cognizance in this matter as early as possible please. I have attached the screenshot of payment to your hdfc account no. [protected] of indore branch & bank account details for refunding amount to me alongwith mailing history with company.
