captain gas agency — Indane Gas - Not yet recived refill cylinder

Booked for Refill on[protected]. I got SMS from - Indane on[protected], saying Cash Memo No.[protected] generated on dated 19 /01 /15 and Refill shall be delivered shortly. My Customer No. is 11345 with ref no. 371150. My family is always available in our House. But Refill has not been delivered so far ?. Pls let me know what to do. How far will i have to wait? Plzz solve my problem as early as possible……...
