Car Bazaar India — not refunding my advance money rs 4.65 lacs

Happened to book a new car with them on 24th Jan'18. Ms nidhi iyer came to my house in kandivali east and finalised the deal. She said that full amount of Rs 4.65L (balance 7L was to come through loan) will have to be made immediately so that the car can be blocked. Usually the booking amount is just Rs 25k. However, trusting car bazaar, I made the payment and was promised a delivery within the next 10 days. Then started the harrowing experience which is still continuing. They didn't even process my car loan application and kept assuring me for 20 long days that the loan has been sanctioned 'verbally' and simply a signature of the icici bank officer is pending. Even after repeated requests, never shared the bank application details or concerned person's details. They even refused to share the engine no., Chasis number or even the dealership where they have booked my car . With no option, I cancelled the booking after 3 weeks of waiting and asked for an immediate refund. It's been 2 months now and the guy shamelessly refuses to return my money. Gave a PDC which he stopped payment. No fear of police, law or loss of reputation. Wonder how many have been duped of their hard earned money before me!!! Please steer very clear of this fraudster and let me know if their is any help that you can provide. I m taking legal recourse.
