Car Care India — car care service, noida offered online seems to be a fraud company

A Noida based Car Care India having company website https://www.carcareindia.in/ with Customer care number[protected].

I received a call from the company's sales center Mobile: [protected](Vodaphone) to opt their Car service offering gifts and 40--50% Cash back for the sales period in Nov.2018 within same day after payment realised. After verifying 2 of their Customer whTy them, opted their service on the number provided bhrough their above website 2 year service opted and paid online @ Rs.16999/- with my Credit card on 26/Nov/18. Their Customer nos are; Sumit Srivastav, M:[protected] and Vikas Chouhan, M:[protected]. Received a letter from the company for the services but no address or comapny person name in it.

Further I have booked Car Service 3 time and all time through given customer care nmber they said Services are full for another a week or two always and not received either Car service nor 4-50% cash back yet or the other gifts they promised. The Sales person number is not available from the December. Now that number is used by someone else.

CLEARLY IT FINDS TO BE AN ONLINE FRAUD AND REQUEST THE AUTHORITY TO INVESTIGATE AND ARREST THE PERSON INVOLVED TO SAVE MANY OTHERS FALLING IN THE TRAP.
