[Resolved] Cartrade.com In Ahmedabad — try sell car with wrong information. | |||
On Sunday car exchange dealer situated on SG highway in Ahmedabad a branch dealer of cartrade.com has tried to sell me accidental car with many other wrong information. Now he don't want to give my booking amount back. The cheater person name is Amit Agarwal. So I want strict action against him so other get treated well. And this dealer has many wrong Information. After this dealer make me call on 05th march 2013 and told me that he will give me rc
With in 14 april 2013 all ready date passed but still no any action from the dealer side sir
Plese help me i want my money as per my knowlede dealer have no any orilgnal paper of this car
Sir i attahch previous convesation what happend with me between two montth.
Sir take a action against this, this is my last warning other wise i am going to court and alos local police station
I purchase a car form shir sai motors from 78b jhil mil shahadra delhi this dealr register with cartrade company and cartrade person contact me for purchase this car. I purchsed maruti swift 2008 model. I give full payment but dealer not give me rc he give me dulicate rc and told me i will give you rc transfer on your name after 15 dyas but till now he did not give me nither rc nor orignal rc also hp on this rc. If cartrade person do this kind of behaviour how we can belive on this company.
