[Resolved]  Taxi Guide — Taxi Guide service is very Poor.

Hello,


I want to provide pass the feedback about the worst service offered by taxi guide,

Driver was Rude & not covered the planned five places in Bangalore .


1) Driver not gave receipt of 1500 rupees received from me.

2) ISCKON temple not visited .

3) M.G Road & Commercial street not visited.

4) Nehru planatum

5) Musical fountain not visited .


I feel i am cheated , I want to get my money back as soon as possible .

As per the websites & the customer care /tour is planned till 08 PM in the evening but the driver drop my visitors at 04 PM.

I want to pass the same feedback to my friends & family that please do not use TAXI GUIDE services .

This is Ashok, CEO and Founder of Taxiguide.in. At the outset, I apologise for the rude behaviour of the driver and his not completing the Bangalore sight seeing package as indicated on our website today (14th November 2012). We have received your complaint at 5 pm on 14th November 2012 and are acting on it immediately. Our first action is to refund the Rs 1500 that Mr Pavan has incurred on this trip. As a goodwill gesture, we are offering you Rs 1500 off on Mr Pavan's next trip with taxiguide.in, .We will also train our drivers to be more courteous and polite. We accept the feedback in good spirit.

We would have appreciated a call to our call centre in the morning within the first hour which would have enabled us to replace the driver and vehicle. Or a call to the call centre number +91 [protected] at 4 pm when the driver was dropping you without completing the trip which would have enabled us to take remedial action. The write up on this forum without contacting us for a redressal comes as a complete surprise to us.

We would have appreciated your call to our call centre in the morning (within the first hour) which would have enabled us to replace the driver and vehicle. Alternately, a call to the call centre at the time of the driver dropping off the guests without completing the journey would have enabled us to take remedial action. The review on the Consumer Complaints forum without contacting us comes as a complete surprise to us.

Mr. Ashok who is the Owner of Taxi guide has promised me to Refund entire money back & promised to take appropriated action .

One the driver not completing the promised itinerary and secondly being rude to your guests. Both are unacceptable to us at taxiguide.in.

We have received your complaint at 4.45 pm today and are acting on it immediately. We are refunding Rs 1500 to you and also offering you Rs 1500 off on your next usage of our services where we hope to exceed your expectations. In case your guests wish to avail our services again for a Bangalore sight seeing tomorrow, we could organise it for you. You may use this for airport transfers or use of our services anywhere in India (service across 75 cities).

We would have appreciated a call to our call centre either in the morning or at the time of the driver dropping off the guests which would have enabled us to take prompt remedial action. The post on consumer complaints forum comes as a complete surprise to us.

Dear Mr Founders, I made a constant attempt to reach your helpdesk and after hearing all the lectures about money deposit etc, the only thing that happened was lsitening to same irritating music and line duly getting disconnected after 2 mins. Wow, before availing the service, this is an amazing experience. I wanted to book car for whole day in coimbatore but have now changed my mind.

I booked vehicle from coimbatore to Ooty for 2 days and i paid Advance Rs 1601 and I received SMS few hours before the schedule time as mentioned below
TAXIGUIE . We are sorry to inform you that your booking is cancelled due to non availability of vehicles . Advance paid will be refunded back to your account .
i was forced to look alternative arrangement in the last minute and as mentioned in the SMS they have not refunded back. It seems that the taxiguide is fake one and they are cheating persons,

Dont believe this kind of online booking and they should be punished for this kind of cheating.
