We would have appreciated your call to our call centre in the morning (within the first hour) which would have enabled us to replace the driver and vehicle. Alternately, a call to the call centre at the time of the driver dropping off the guests without completing the journey would have enabled us to take remedial action. The review on the Consumer Complaints forum without contacting us comes as a complete surprise to us.

Mr. Ashok who is the Owner of Taxi guide has promised me to Refund entire money back & promised to take appropriated action .

In case your guests wish to avail our services again for a Bangalore sight seeing tomorrow, we could organise it for you. You may use this for airport transfers or use of our services anywhere in India (service across 75 cities).

Dear Mr Founders, I made a constant attempt to reach your helpdesk and after hearing all the lectures about money deposit etc, the only thing that happened was lsitening to same irritating music and line duly getting disconnected after 2 mins. Wow, before availing the service, this is an amazing experience. I wanted to book car for whole day in coimbatore but have now changed my mind.

I booked vehicle from coimbatore to Ooty for 2 days and i paid Advance Rs 1601 and I received SMS few hours before the schedule time as mentioned below
TAXIGUIE . We are sorry to inform you that your booking is cancelled due to non availability of vehicles . Advance paid will be refunded back to your account .
i was forced to look alternative arrangement in the last minute and as mentioned in the SMS they have not refunded back. It seems that the taxiguide is fake one and they are cheating persons,
Dont believe this kind of online booking and they should be punished for this kind of cheating.

Or a call to the call centre number +91 [protected] at 4 pm when the driver was dropping you without completing the trip which would have enabled us to take remedial action. The write up on this forum without contacting us for a redressal comes as a complete surprise to us.
