Prompt Auto Services Pvt Ltd — Not able to provide the service

On 19 th October 2012, my bike got punctured. I was stuck in between a small road in between noida and new ashok nagar metro. I call Prompt Auto services for the help as there was no puncture shop near by. The time was 6:15 pm.when i opted for the service they said they will take approximately 15- 20 minutes. after 45 mins I called and they say technician is on the way.Later after 11/2 hr they say technician is not picking up the call and later nearly 2 hrs later they say technician has reached laxmi nagar and will be there soon.Then I lost my patience an I pushed my bike near 3 km to get the puncture done. So I don't find the service to be upto the mark and I feel I have been fooled. So I would like get my money back
