I got call from carcareindia.in. Caller was rakesh he told me about they are provided 4 service, 4 car cleaimg & 30% cash back. Then he introduced me to rahul mahajan saying he as is senior can discuss any doubts or concern. After email confirmation i agreed to payment, but my bad luck my first payment failed after entering otp, money was deducted but order confirmation did not showed. Rahul assured me try one more time and dont worry about failed order as money will refund within 24 hrs. I agreed to it and made another payment. By this i was made to pay 20k. Since the payment no one is answering call. If someone pick up then he/she ask for 30 min to check & disconnect the call. I emailed support email as well but only response is concerned raised with department & will contact you soon.
If someone please help any way filing legal action & getting money back.
