Regarding the above matter, I have to say that on 8th of March, 2021 I resigned from your company and requested you to Release my PAN from IRDA site.
Please be noted that My was engaged by the company Care Health Insurance without my concern or without taking any examination conducted by IRDA for becoming an agent in Insurance sector.
The Resignation was also accepted by your RM ( Relationship Manger/ Regional Manger) on the same day and a return mail was also sent to me regarding acceptance of Resignation.
After that day despite several telephonic requests and email request to RM and other my PAN has not been released.
Please also be noted that my name was sponsored by MAX BUPA Health Insurance and I passed my IRDA Exam for becoming an Advisor on 17-March- 2021.
Now I am facing a lot of problems to work with that Max BUPA Health Insurance because my code is not being generated and my PAN Showing is engaged with Care Health Insurance.
Therefore I am facing Financial and Mental Harassment.
Therefore once again I request you to release my PAN from IRDA Site which has been engaged illegally by the company and let me be free from your side.
