Career dice approached me for providing job in overseas, I had discussed with Bharath Reddy a gently men (now escaping) based on there promise I made the payment of Rs.5150 on 29/11/2019, They committed they will arrange 2 interviews in a week
They appointed Aarvi sinha as a mentor for me, she took my personal details and my CV after that she is not picking the call
Its more than one month over till date they have not arranged the interview nor they are refunding the money back

Hi, https://www.careerdiceindia.com/ is fraud job portal claiming to provide jobs by paying onetime registration fees. Once you start the process they ask you various other fees for different reason. I have completed 2 payment then asking for further payment and when argued why they didn't disclose it before then they don't have answer. During the discussion they also suggested that they will bribe recruiter to disclose interview question so candidate will surly get job and then i realized its scam so then i asked to refund money as don't want to take up services. Repeated emailed and tried to reach on [protected] / [protected] for refund but no reply.
Non of the contact details available on portal is working.
So guys pls be aware of such fraudster and don't get scammed.

Fake recruiters, Do No get Cheated...received call from a lady L1 recrutier….who will say she found my profile very appealing and companies they have want to recruit me. Then she would request to hold for transferring call to senior recruiter Rajveer. They were able to fetch my profile from a job site (Naukri.com)
They will keep asking to connect to their website www.careerdiceindia.com and keep asking what I see on the screen. The site created to throw some fodder/grains to the hen`s. Even I could create a faltu fake website in a day, with nice fonts and images.
They demand to pay upfront 5k for domestic and 7k for international opportunities.
They then ask me to brief them of my profile as I`m looking for a switch. When I confront them that they shortlisted my profile from a job site they would already know. They just pretend to be genuine. When I brifed them of my IPC service management profile, and then ask them of what they understood, he was frozen and unable to repeat a single point I briefed.
Basically, just blabber to show authority and confidence to overshadow the candidate looking for a better job.
I then demanded to speak to someone knowledgeable, then they transfer to another guy named Ajay who`s unable to speak proper English and keeps getting in Hindi. I asked him what is my profile, and he says yours is in IT software and that he has an interesting opportunity.

Do the following to get your money back and help government to take action on these frauds,
1. Raise a charge back or dispute on the transaction made to these frauds in your bank (through which you made payments). State the reason as the merchant is not refunding the payments for cancelled purchase/service.

3. Raise an online complaint under "non-banking financial companies" category.

For everyone's knowledge, the chargeback option is legal one to save consumers from cheated by merchants. You can request or demand your bank for chargeback (it is consumer rights), if you are cheated by any merchant by online payments and bank representatives may not aware of it.
More number of chargeback on a merchant account, bring down reputation of the merchant's business and all payments gateways will label that merchant account as fraud and may block future payments.
So all the vicitims raise chargeback in your bank ASAP. Join hands to ensure digital payments are safe and trustable.

@Shriram Risbud - not sure about time frame. The time frame may be considered only for claiming insurance for any fraudulent transaction. For reporting about the merchant frauds you don't worry about timeframe.
@Evreyone, Please share the payment gateway and merchant details through which you made payment to this fraud merchant. In future Google (SEO) will list this forum at top if anyone searches for these fraud merchant names and linked payment gateway.

On discussing with friends affected by these job frauds, got few payment gateways used by these job frauds. I am surprised that they have used the following merchant accounts of eazypay payment gateway of well reputed ICICI bank.
1. Refleckt Incorporation (https://eazypay.icicibank.com/eazypayLink?P1=8vzs0cTzQHQa5rsAIognHw==1)
2. Premium services and technologies, Ranchi (https://eazypay.icicibank.com/eazypayLink?P1=48DdEnH3ra2HbuupdUQZ9Q==)
Didn't know whether these merchant accounts are owned by any real company or this fraud gang created fake accounts as a mask to execute the online money traps in the name of job search and recruitment portal.
I guess they used the reputed ICICI Bank's eazypay payment gateway to create confidence on the job searchers mind and get payment easily (creating victims are easy).
Job searchers may think that they are making payment through well trusted ICICI Bank and can get refund for this service purchase, if it is fraud. But it is not real in practical.

In addition to this, the update some victims got from RBI about their complaints are confirming that payments made using eazypay payment gateway can't be refunded and it is possible only if the merchant is a well-known(reachable), loyal person and he initiates refund from his end.
RBI requested ICICI Bank nodal office about the merchant details (contact number, address, etc) of above mentioned 2 eazypay accounts. Since the victim doesn't aware about the merchant details in this case and they paid through the eazypay payment links given in these job fraud websites. But RBI person said to the victim that we didn't get reply from ICICI Bank nodal office and same status remains for long time.
Chargeback requests made through respective banks also has no response yet. This too remains idle for longtime.
Till now we didn't know answer for the questions,
1. Why there is a loophole in eazypay payment gateway of ICICI Bank? How they are approving accounts in eazypay payment gateway? Since these type of fraud gangs are trapping money through online transaction easily through eazypay accounts without providing any service to the customers (payers) and no GST & other tax is paid to government.
2. Why ICICI Bank not monitoring the transactions of their merchant accounts periodically to find these frauds and block/cancel their accounts?
3. Why the precautionary validations mentioned in Razorpay blog (https://razorpay.com/blog/online-payment-fraud-and-risk-mitigation/) are not taken in eazypay payment gateway?
4. Why ICICI Bank doesn't take action on the chargeback requests received on these accounts about career dice india case?
As mentioned in the eazypay FAQ page (under "F. Getting refunds" topic), they didn't take responsibility of refunds (any reasons) and they say payers to contact the merchants (payee) directly. There are no precautionary validations made in eazypay, like Razorpay (https://razorpay.com/blog/online-payment-fraud-and-risk-mitigation/).
So to safeguard yourself from becoming a victim (money loss) during online purchases, the payers shouldn't use eazypay payment gateway of ICICI Bank to make any payment in below cases
1. the merchant and the payee account name in eazypay is not same and you don't have 100% trust on the merchant.
2. the payee merchant is unknown person (physically unreachable).

I have gathered enough evidence and have even submitted how they are siphoning the funds and making this illegal money white. However MH Police have not acted upon.
