I have never given a thought that i will be writings something here. But here i am, i am an ex employee of this organization and heard a lot about this company that too lot of negative but still thought i should have my own experience rather believing on other but i guess that was my biggest mistake i made in my life.
Experienced lots o[censored]ps n down but still gave my 1000% till the last day of my notice period. They called me for my full n final and after 2 days there was some amendment from 25k to they said i will be paid 23, 250 which was crossed checked by their accountant as well as the md of this company asked the operation head-mr. Prithvi if my fnf is been crossed checked or not, so there mr. Prithvi admits that yes it is. And dues will be cleared after 45 days.
I got my salary after almost 2 months from the date of leaving but that too with revised salary without cross checking it with my and i was paid off 19k. And till date i haven't receive the acceptance of my notice period even leaving an organization on a very good note.
And day before yesterday i received my experience letter in which i was shocked to see my position as an hr-executive whereas i was promoted thrice over my position and last position i was holding - spoc for all the major airlines we were dealing with and when i asked the same to mr. Prithvi then he refused that i was never ever promoted to any such position.
I have proofs as my signature in mails which i used to draft as a sr. Hr executive.
Cheating candidates is one thing, they r not even loyal to their employees.
If any employee tries to raise their issue they just called them early in the morning that from today onwards you don't have to come to the office. Or they let the employee come and just to satisfied their ego they send them back to their home.
They even did this to their senior employee as she was unable to perfrom from a week, so they decided to send her back to her home.
No respect to a women, uses false language, humilates to that level we can't even imagine, racism practice is soooo horrible here that i even fought with them so many times.
Makes false promises to everyone, whether employee or a candidate.
I might be sounding fool here waisting my few more minutes on them but i felt it is important so that my candidates will never refer this organization ever here on my name. Because i left this organization and i don't think so anyone will take a stand and pain the way i used to take for my candidates.
They have many more fraud company like tour and travel in which they don't give any offer letter to their employees as well as charge horrible amount of money keeping the need and urgency of an employee in their mind. If a candidates try to negotiate then they harass that candidate saying :- "u will loose ur job i[censored] delay and we won't be able to help u then".
