On 17/jan/2020, i have received call from www.careermarts.in from rahul [[protected]] giving details of service provided like scheduling interview, he claimed that they get internal openings information from several companies and they schedule direct interview with the company. At the time of discussion i was told that if i am not satisfied with the service entire money would be refundable as mentioned in there website. For this service of scheduling interview i had to do registration of 2999 which i did today [22-jan-2020] and got a call 1 hour back regarding confirmation and process ahead.
I was told to pay 8250 more for background verification which for which i denied and asked for refund but they refused saying it's not refundable. I discussed with them to please refund my money since i am no longer satisfied with the discussion and with service they are providing but they refused to refund saying they will see.
Here are the details of the persons involved:
1) rohit (So called senior manager), ph no is [protected]
2) common phone number that (That is their so called company number): [protected]
3) rakesh (So called hod of the company)
Please help me in getting my money[2999] back. I have also blocked my card so that these guys won't perform any fraudlent transaction since i am not aware if my card details are stored with these guys.
