I had similar experience. i don't know if it is a scam or they are really a placement agency. i got a call from careerverification.org by someone named Rohit Srivastava, that i am shortlisted for Nokia Care job. they took my profile from monster.com. then another person called and asked me to come online. he convinced me to pay him twice saying that you will receive a mail and a code bla bla... then third time also he says this will be final...
