Carnival Cinema — Wrong information provided and took Rs1600 against movie card

In your GIP carnival cinema, we had been informed that this movie card is valid in all carnival cinemas for unlimited movies in all over India. We had specially asked them for the usage of this card in their kaushambi and vaishali branch as these are near / more convenient to us.

But when we tried to use it in carnival cinema, pacific mall, kaushambi. They refused to accept it and we forcefully had to purchase cash tickets.

We had been cheated and so, we hereby request you to please RETURN OUR AMOUNT as we can't go to your noida branch just to make use of this card.
