Carnival Cinemas — no ac

We have booked 4tickets at carnival cinemas on 13th. It is extremely disappointing to note that there was no ac in the theater.

Despite paying 1200rs. We are suffering this. Complaining to manager is o[censored]se. This is frustrating to note they are not stopping the movie.
Request to stop the movie and repair was not heeded. It needs to be looked into it
