Carrier AC — carrier ac under warranty is not working, its under warranty and its not being repaired by carrier team

Carrier ac under warranty is not working, its under warranty and its not being repaired by carrier team. I have raised the complaint one month back. They are closing the service request and creating a new one when i call the support team with a new service request number.

The service request number as shared by carrier team is[protected].
Have mailed carrier customer care/ head office mail id customersupport. [protected]@carrier. Utc.com but do not get any response.

I want to get my ac repaired asap.
