Carrier AC — Carrier Service Centre is a Cheat | |||
I have a Carrier Split AC. It stopped cooling, so I complained to customers service. A guy visited and told Its Out of Gas, so he charged gas refilling Rs 3000. After 2 days aain cooling stopped, we complained again. The same guy Krishna from Carrier service centre visited our place and said the indoor coil has leakage and can not be repaired, new coil is Rs 7500. WE said, if coil was leaking why did he refilled the gas and charges us Rs 3000. He had no answer, but than said that you get the coil replaced from outside and we will come and fill gas free of cost as for gas refilling, the guarantee is or 3 months. Now when we have got the coil replaced from outside, carrier people are saying they can't come and refill the gas and will not refund the money charged earlier. pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||
